For VHS and laserdisc releases of the concert, see VHS & DVD 1990s Part 1. Bob's solo performance of Song To Woody was omitted from the album. Deluxe Edition (2CD set), Columbia/Legacy 88843034102 (USA), 4 Mar 2014 The 2014 “Deluxe Edition” features updated artwork, remastered audio, and two previously unreleased bonus tracks from rehearsals (Eric Clapton’s Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right, and I Believe In You by Sinead O’Connor). The commercial two cassette set has each cassette in a separate case with a long folded insert. The cassettes are again transparent smoked grey with white text, there are no paper labels. The cassette were housed in a 8½" x 43/8" card box, shown flattened. There was a "U"-shaped card support inside the box to separate the two cassettes. The folded insert with details of the songs was located in cassette 1. It is 77/8” x 87/8”, and is printed on thin paper. | ||

This Columbia 3LP set was manufactured in Holland for Europe-wide release (except Spain, which had a separate CBS/Sony release, see below). It has a single wide outer sleeve into which all three records fit. The records have red Columbia labels and were made in Holland. They have picture inner sleeves with detailed credits on one side and a different full sleeve photo on the other side. Gerd Rundel's copy has a sticker on the rear sleeve over the barcode with a new number "7464-53230-1". As "53230" is the American catalogue number it's possible this set was intended to be exported to the USA. Gerd's records have stamped matrix numbers: Side A - 01 474000 20 1A1, Side B - 01 474000 20 1B1, Side C - 01 474000 20 1C1, Side D - 01 474000 20 1D1, Side E - 01 474000 20 1E1, Side F - 01 474000 20 1F1.

Carl Torstensson has a copy that was exported to Greece with a Greek
sticker on the rear sleeve. The text translates as "Free Sample N. 1642/86".
Hans Seegers thinks this copy was one of several distributed to radio
stations by Columbia Greece. This dark green folder with two photos and a postcard advertising the My Back Pages single (see International Singles 1990s) was included with copies of the Dutch 3LP set exported to the USA. This copy was actually bought in Australia, but the cassettes clearly say "Made in Holland". There doesn't appear to be any country of origin on the inserts, which have the same design and artwork as those of the USA and Canadian cassette releases above. The cassettes are black with white text, there are no paper labels.

This sealed 2 cassette set of The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration with the European catalogue number was bought in Montreal, Quebec, in 1993, even though Canada had its own cassette release above with the US catalogue number. It has a card front inside the shrink-wrap covering the front of both tapes. There are two front stickers, one of them with French text ("26 artists lui rendent hommage... [26 artists pay homage...]"). It looks like the Dutch cassette release was exported to Canada as well as Australia to fulfil demand! |

This set on the CBS/Sony label was manufactured in Spain - the sleeve was printed by Offset ALG S.A., Madrid, and the records were manufactured by Technodisco S.A., also Madrid. On the inner sleeve for record 1 of Gerd Rundel's copy the front photo has a brownish tinge not present on the equivalent Dutch inner sleeve. The records have red CBS/Sony labels with stamped matrix numbers: Side 1- COL-474000-1-A, Side 2- COL-474000-1-B, Side 3- COL-474000-1-C, Side 4- COL-474000-1-D, Side 5 - COL-474000-1-E, Side 6- COL-474000-1-F.

Arie de Reus' promo copy has a stamp on the rear sleeve with the
Brazilian Portuguese words "Amostra/Invendavel" [Demonstration/Not for
Sale]". The records have the same inner sleeves as above and red
Columbia labels. The records of Sergio Mariano Romay's commercial copy come in clear plastic bags - they do not have picture inner sleeves. Instead there is a giant fold-out poster with the photographs from the inner sleeves on one side, and the credits from the inner sleeves on the reverse. This promo set comes in a double cassette box with special red Sony Music Australia promo inserts. The cassettes are transparent grey with white text, with a striped appearance found on other Australian cassettes. They seem to be from a standard commercial release, although Stuart's commercial copy bought in Australia was actually made in Holland (see above) and has quite different cassettes.

This two cassette set consists of two separate cassettes in a white card outer box with blue text. Each cassette has a folded insert, and is white with red text, there are no paper labels. Both the cassettes and the black cassette cases have "Sony Music" impressed in the plastic. The inserts both have "PROHIBIDA SU VENTA [SALE FORBIDDEN]" on the front. "Anniversary" on the insert spine is misspelled "Aniversary". The song titles on the cassettes are in Spanish only. Side 2 of each cassette has red promo text printed over the regular text, making it unreadable. |

This new “Deluxe Edition” features updated artwork, remastered audio, and two previously unreleased bonus tracks from rehearsals (Clapton’s Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right, and I Believe In You by Sinead O’Connor). Sinead O’Connor was booed during the concert, stopped her performance of I Believe In You, and sang a few bars of Bob Marley's War before leaving the stage.
The release still omits the following songs from the concert: From A Buick 6 - G.E. Smith; Lay Lady Lay (instrumental) - G.E. Smith; See That My Grave Is Kept Clean - John Hammond (all pre-broadcast); Wanted Man - George Thorogood; I Want You - Sophie B. Hawkins; If Not For You - George Harrison; Love Music Zero/No Limit - Eric Clapton (included on the video releases), Song To Woody - Bob Dylan (included in the TV broadcast).
The box front has a gold “Music On Vinyl” sticker. There is a colour 12” 8-page booklet and each LP is in a picture inner sleeve. This item from Japan, also in a double-width jewel case, has a white obi with black, blue and dark red text. The obi has price ¥4,100 and two dates: "93-9-15" (15 Sep 1993) and in brackets "93-8-24" (24 Aug 1993, the US release date). The copy shown is a promo with a numbered promo sticker on the rear insert and Japanese characters indicating a promo on each CD in the clear centre. The CDs have the title mistake The 30th Anniversary Collection Celebration as above! Thanks to Stuart Moore for spotting that the CDs have the code "IFPI Z100" in the clear centres. "Z100" is the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry's code for the Zibo Yong Bao Electric Co. Ltd., Zibo City, Shangdong Province, China. These CDs were therefore made in mainland China, not Australia.

The US promo four disc set includes 2 CD-Rs and 2 DVD-Rs, each disc housed in its own plastic wallet. CD-R1 has a front insert (blank on the reverse) and both CD-R1 and CD-R2 have rear inserts with the track listing. Both CD-Rs are dated "01/14/14" (14 Jan 2014) while the two DVD-Rs are dated "01/22/14" (22 Jan 2014). The discs and both rear inserts have code numbers which have been blacked out. This copy of the US promo set comes with a three page promo letter from LD Communications, one of the UK's leading Music and Entertainment PR Agencies based in London. Therefore it looks like this US promo release was also distributed in the UK.

The Sony Music Japan release is on Blu-spec CD2 discs. Unusually, this release comes in a double-width CD jewel case inside a slipcase with a wrap-around obi with price ¥3,600. As well as the regular booklet there is a 60-page Japanese language booklet which has translations of Bill Franagan and David Wild's notes, along with the official lyrics and translations, Heckel Sugano's detailed notes from the "Bobfest" press release and Jun Miura's brief travel report to "Bobfest".
