This is a separate multi-year list by release date of commercially-released Various Artist stereo compilation albums released in 1991 that have been referred to me but do not qualify for my Searching For A Gem list because they contain only Bob Dylan performances which are available on officially released Dylan albums. Nevertheless, their interest value or scarcity means they're worth listing here - as far as I know some are not included on any other Internet site. Promo-only Various Artist compilation albums with Dylan tracks and Radio Station Albums are included here also. Other International Albums and Compilations are now here:

The CD is in a Radio Sampler black and white generic card sleeve with a front circular cut-out to display the label and there is a paper insert with the tracklisting dated "3/13/91" (13 Mar 1991).

This 1991 compilation includes eighteen songs that were at the time unreleased by Bob, including Bob himself performing on Doug Sahm's version of Wallflower from the Atlantic album Doug Sahm & Band, see 1973.. Since then only two of this selection still remain unreleased, Love Is Just A Four Letter Word by Joan Baez, and Walk Out In The Rain by Eric Clapton. As this album contains a rarity, details are also in 1991. |

This radio station disc is the last hour of a show broadcast between 14 Sep 1991 and 20 Sep 1991. Hour 5 was for broadcast on Friday 20 Sep 1991 and includes six Dylan tracks (regular versions): Like A Rolling Stone; Positively 4th Street; Rainy Day Women #12 & 35; I Want You; Just Like A Woman; Knockin' On Heaven's Door, the same selection as in the May 1991 Solid Gold Scrapbook show above.. The CD also includes these covers, which were probably also in the May show: Mr. Tambourine Man - The Byrds; Blowin' In The Wind - Stevie Wonder; It Ain't Me Babe - The Turtles; Don't Think Twice, It's All Right - The 4 Seasons (as The Wonder Who); The Mighty Quinn - Manfred Mann; All Along The Watchtower - The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Singer, consists of performances by Kris Kristofferson, CD2,
Songwriter, consists of covers of his songs by various artists including
Bob. As far as I know this is the only appearance of this song on a various
