This page contains items that aren't eligible for the main Searching For A Gem or International Stereo Releases lists because Bob does not personally perform on them, but are nevertheless of interest to Dylan collectors. There's no specific qualification for inclusion other than I have the item or it's been notified to me by a contributor as being worthy of inclusion. This is not intended to be a comprehensive section on Dylan Covers. The late Dave Plentus' excellent Dylan Cover Albums site is now kept alive on Expecting Rain by Karl-Erik Anderson here and these pages are not intended to match or replace it. This page includes notable cover albums by Various Artists contributed by Dylan collectors. The other Honourable Mentions pages are listed below.
If you have any entries to add to the list or additions/corrections to existing entries, please let me know! Please note I cannot value your Dylan rarities - see the Mission page for reasons why. Contact the dealers on my Trading page for assistance!

This original London cast recording of the hit West End show from the Old Vic Theatre featuring Bob's music, written by Conor McPherson, was available on CD from "Isis" magazine at the end of September 2017. Unlike previous efforts to use Bob's work in musical theatre, this show is remarkably successful, and also very moving. The songs cover most of Bob's career from the show's title track from The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan in 1963 to Duquesne Whistle from Tempest in 2012. |
